Local Government in New Zealand consists of 78 local, regional and unitary councils. The Far North District Council is the most northern territorial authority and serves the residents of Kaitaia, Kaikohe, Kawakawa, Kerikeri, Paihia and Russell, as well as several smaller settlements and rural and Māori communities. Justine acts for clients ranging from international publicly listed companies and international developers to high net-worth individuals and cutting-edge technopreneurs, in almost all Australian jurisdictions and across 12 countries internationally.
In additional to her legal practice, Justine is a polymath and has developed enterprise grade legal technology portals, chatbots powered by artificial intelligence, legal document assembly platforms, smart contracts and NFTs and has led the launch of the world’s first influencer NFT project. She has been featured in publications such as the Dynamic Business Magazine and the Australasian Lawyer. She regularly provides both legal and strategic technological advice to her clients.
Justine is also the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Cover, a legal technology start-up that has achieved the 2022 5-Star Service Provider Award by Australasian Lawyer.
Justine is a Partner of Quantum Law Group, which was listed as an Excellence Awardee in Technology and Innovation 2022 and Top Boutique Law Firm in 2021 by Australasian Lawyer and as a finalist in Boutique Law Firm of Year in the 2021 Australian Law Awards and the 2022 City Suburbs Local Business Awards.
