Jewell Hancock Employment Lawyers is a full-service employment law firm exclusively for employees established in 2020 by Andrew Jewell and Trent Hancock, two principal lawyers with more than two decades of combined experience. The firm provides advice and representation to employees at all levels, from apprentices to senior executives, in the public and private sectors.
Having successfully assisted thousands of employees with their workplace disputes, Andrew and Trent know what clients want. That is why the firm operates on an entirely fixed fee basis, making sure that all legal costs are clearly explained from the first appointment. The firm prides itself on being truly independent and does not perform conflicting work for employers or receive referrals from unions, so clients can be confident that they are receiving advice and representation tailored to their circumstances.
In contrast to more traditional law firms, the team at Jewell Hancock Employment Lawyers enjoy flexible working conditions with no set hours. The team work predominantly by telephone, video conference, and email, with in-person appointments available on request. As a business, they have embraced cloud-based technologies to improve efficiency and accessibility and make services more cost-effective for clients.
