Jewell Hancock Employment Lawyers is a full-service employment law firm that exclusively assists employees. Our Melbourne-based solutions-focused team is committed to championing employee rights and has already helped thousands of employees in the public and private sectors achieve fair and practical outcomes in the workplace.
Since opening in 2020, our only focus has been on providing independent, affordable, expert advice to Australian workers – we do not act for employers, have any union affiliations, or perform work in other practice areas.
From an initial enquiry, our team works collaboratively to help clients resolve their complex workplace disputes. We proudly offer personalised, pragmatic and cost-effective services to ensure employees at all seniority and remuneration levels can access their legal entitlements and feel supported through their legal journey. Because every employment situation is unique, we tailor our services to best suit a client's desired outcomes.
As a business, we embrace cloud-based technology to improve flexibility, efficiency and accessibility. We predominantly work by telephone, video conference and email, with in-person appointments available on request. Our services are offered on a fixed-fee basis, ensuring that legal costs are explained clearly from the first appointment.
