Anna started her career as an in-house lawyer for insolvency practitioners. She advised insolvency practitioners, conducted litigation, and managed various legal actions within the practice. Anna has a good insight knowledge as to how insolvency practitioners operate. Anna joined Norling Law in 2017, where she helps to manage the delivery and maintains the quality of the work produced by the specialist litigation and dispute resolution law firm. In 2021, Anna was named a “Rising Star” by the NZ Lawyer Magazine and was awarded Excellence by the New Zealand Law Awards in Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year category.

Brent has a wealth of experience in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, having successes in all Courts. Brent often tests unprecedented areas of insolvency law which contributes significantly to the insolvency jurisprudence. Brent has completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University, USA. Brent’s focus has been on innovating the way he operates Norling Law. Brent’s marketing and management strategies have attracted a lot of interest in the industry.
